STEPS TO FINDING PEACE AND UNITY WITH GOD
God loves you and wants you to be at peace that you may experience joy and abundant life eternal.
The Bible says:
“For God so loved the world that he gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” John 3:16
If the choices you have made have separated you from the life God planned for you, God has provided the solution in the person of Jesus Christ, who can give you peace and joy now and forever through these steps:
(1) Acknowledge your need (admit to God you have lost your way - in your Bible read Romans 3:23 & Romans 6:23). (2) Repent (take a U-Turn on the Road of Life - Luke 13:3, Acts 3:19). (3) Confess your sins to God - I John 1:9, Romans 10:9). (4) Forsake unrighteous ways (stop doing wrong and do right - Isaiah 55:7). (5) Receive Christ (open your heart to Jesus - Revelation 3:20, John 1:12, Romans 10: 9-13). To accept Christ pray the following:
Lord Jesus, I believe You died for my sins and I ask Your forgiveness. I receive You now as my personal Savior and invite You to manage my life for now and always. Amen!
If you have prayed this earnestly in your heart, God assures a wonderful, peace filled life in Christ has begun for you (Read 2 Corinthians 5:17, Ephesians 2:8-9 & 1 John 5:12-13). To maintain God’s Peace and to grow in Christ: begin a daily practice of praising God, reading your Bible and pray every day. We are always here to help you walk and grow in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
